These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application (“App”) and any information or content that is made available through the App (“Content”). “We” are willing to license the App to you only on the condition that you comply with these terms. SERVICE LICENSE

A transferable license to: (i) install only one (1) copy of the App on any phone that you own or control, and in accordance with the Terms of Use, to access and use the App solely for your personal use. You may not: (i) copy, modify, or distribute the App for any purpose; (ii) transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, loan or otherwise distribute the Application or Service to any third party; (iii) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works of the Application; (iv) make the functionality of the Application available to multiple users by any means; or (v) use the Application in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES

All information (such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, video or other images) that you may have access to as part of or through your use of the Application is the sole responsibility of the person or entity from which such content originated. All such information is hereinafter referred to as “Content.”

Content presented to you through the App, including but not limited to advertising within the App and sponsored Content presented within the App, may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by third parties (“Third Party Content”). You may not modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content (in whole or in part) unless the owners of such Content have specifically notified you of this in a separate agreement.

OWNERSHIP

The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we (or our licensors) exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the App, including all associated intellectual property rights in the App. You may not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices included in or accompanying the Application or any Third Party Application. You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, comments or suggestions you may provide regarding the Application ("Feedback") will be the sole property of Company and you hereby irrevocably assign to us all of your right, title and interest in and to all Feedback. In the event of any third party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes such third party's intellectual property rights in the Application, Company will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

TERMINATION

If you violate any of the provisions of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or disable your access to or use of the Application.

USE OF THE SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK

Your access to and use of the Application is at your own risk. By using the Application, you may be exposed to Content that may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unreliable, offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content, including, without limitation, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content transmitted or otherwise made available via the Application. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for the deletion of, or failure to store or transmit, any Content or other communications maintained by the Application.

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

The Company is responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application, either itself or through any other third party designated by the Company. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

DISCLAIMER

You understand and agree that the Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We make no warranty that the Application will meet your requirements or will be available on an uninterrupted, secure or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality of any products, services or Content provided through the Application or the accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any Content provided through the Application. In addition, in the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the Licensed Application to you; and that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.

GENERAL TERMS OF USE

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior proposals, understandings, or contemporaneous communications. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the land, without regard to or application of conflict of law provisions or principles. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

DATA DELETION

The app is designed with privacy in mind. You can use the full functionality of the in-app news reader without logging in. In this state, no personal data is stored on the servers. If you choose to log in, for example to participate in community features, the servers will store minimal data to provide this functionality.
